Very disappointing. I would not use this firm to handle any New York City traffic violation cases. I had originally sought the help of Laura Asher Rosenthal's firm. Gannes and Musico bought out LAR and took over my case. It was a right turn on red case. The hearing kept being extended. And when it was actually heard, the firm did nothing. I was found guilty, charged 3 points on my license and will have to pay the fine. Why engage with this firm if they can not get a favorable ruling? They charged $275 and did not ... read more
Worst Lawyers I have ever dealt with. You can contact them for weeks without ever hearing back. They lost my evidence for the case multiple times and have to keep asking me for it while still not answering my questions. Margo Gannes then lied to me saying everything was dismissed and a month later I received criminal conviction notices because they never showed up to court. Then when it was all said and done they gave me the wrong info on how to pay my fines and would not help me figure out how to actually pay. They have no ... read more
Terrible. This is a scam. If I could rate 0 I would. Don't waste your money, they will lie to you in regards to process and legalities around your ticket, take your money, and show up to court likely unprepared, IF AT ALL! For example - Margo "pushed back" my case 3 years! Telling me initially that by pushing it back further than 1 year, the case would be dismissed and points expired. 3years later I get a call from them informing me I need to pay her $300 to show up to court for me (despite their initial conversation with me... read more
