Chris Steinmetz was a very rude and disrespectful person! I've never been so disrespected on a phone call when I just lost my mother and was looking for advise on how he can help me! I would never recommend someone who has anger management issues!!! I accept his apology but I would never subject myself to someone who is rude. I already hired another law firm that was understanding of my situation and offered an easy solution to help me.
