Gelma the owner feels like a mother's touch. She's probably more knowledgeable than a physiotherapist. In first 5 min she identified the reason behind my sever back pain and raised the alarm. She made recommendations about food habits and exercise routine including correct postures. She was honest to what she can achieve and recommended me to see a physio asap. Absolutely amazing massage ! Gelma was incredible. She could feel exactly where the tension was and pressed all the right spots. I felt instant relief from my muscle pain after the session. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend her ! 😌
The lymphatic drainage massage was incredible! Ali took her time and was so patient in understanding what areas I wanted to work on. I saw a reduction in swelling and feel so good the day after. I’ve already booked my following appointments. I definitely encourage anyone thinking about it to try it out.
It's not often I highly rate a massage but this was excellent! I went in for a remedial massage for some lower back pain and walked out much lighter. My therapist was so patient and knowledgeable and worked with me whenever I gave her feedback. Would 100% recommend and return here
Received a professional treatment from a therapist who clearly knows their craft. The stretching techniques were amazing and cracked my entire back, releasing all the built-up tension. The fact they open late was the perfect bonus for my schedule. Highly recommend!
