She really listens to your concerns and adjusts the pressure to suit your body’s needs. I left feeling so much lighter and refreshed. Gelma has helped my shoulder so much over the last few months (recovering from multiple dislocations) her expertise in locating injured tissue and soothing it is incredible. She personally tailors to your needs, HIGHLY recommend for people recovering from long term injuries or dealing with tightness if they are unsure of how to navigate it. Gelma the owner feels like a mother's touch. She's probably more knowledgeable than a physiotherapist. In first 5 min she identified the reason behind my sever back pain and raised the alarm. She made recommendations about food habits and exercise routine including correct postures. She was honest to what she can achieve and recommended me to see a physio asap. I’ve been here many times, and each treatment has been great. The staff are all well-trained and professional, and the service is consistently high quality. A big bonus is that they’re open late, which makes it easy to fit appointments around a busy schedule. Plus, claiming through Hicap here is super convenient.
