Generally communication with Gani is quick and concise when you are filing. He is prompt with his work and provides good amount of detail Where he lacks is an eye for details. Twice in three years he missed one thing or another which led to CRA reassessment. After contacting him for reassessment his responses were generic and deflective. He really needs to work on his diligence. I would be very careful when working with him
