If you’ve been to any of the other Korean Spas in Texas and found yourself wishing for one that is smaller with less amenities and facilities, yet somehow 5x louder, this is your place. The front desk employees were friendly and they do loan you a large towel free of charge, which I really appreciate, but this spa is lacking free “basics” that others have, like toothbrushes and conditioner. Just called to ask some questions on hours and day pass discounts. Got put on hold for 10 minutes twice. Exceptionally rude receptionist. Do better. Won’t waste my money here.
