I appreciate Jimmy for helping me file a LTB case against my first landlord 2 years ago. As a new immigrant, I wasn’t familiar with a lot of rental laws and he did a good professional job guiding me through the process and get some money back. However, he is often busy with a lot of other hearings, and sometimes can’t reach me back on certain concerns quick enough. I’m generally satisfied with Jimmy’s work, although it’s a lengthy process.

If you would like to pay someone to: - not communicate with you - to commit via text that they will call you, then stand you up (twice) - to provide you with incorrect/incomplete paperwork - provide no proof that said paperwork was actually delivered in a situation that is time-sensitive ...then absolutely hire Gangadin & Company. I enlisted Jimmy's help because of a stressful situation that I didn't feel I had the expertise to navigate, and now I have two stressful situations and less money.
