First time ordering. I ordered a hoodie not knowing it would be a crop top hoodie. While yes it showed size guide but I did not think of having to measure my kid because I know her size. So since no where in the discrption does it say its a crop top its still my mistake and now im stuck with hoodie that does not cover bottom half if her stomach and she will not ever wear. 🤦♀️ Never ordering from here again.
The communication from staff was prompt and professional. The design process was easy and they created my vision perfectly. Once the design was approved, we placed an order and received the order within days. I highly recommend them for all custom shirt orders!
