I recently worked with Gandy & Associates and unfortunately my experience was very bad. Communication was one of the biggest issues throughout the process. I often found myself waiting days, sometimes even weeks, for updates on my case, which left me feeling out of the loop and anxious about progress. I will never use them again.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Gandy & Associates during my recent home purchase. I expected my legal team to protect my interests and advocate for me in the transaction, but that simply didn’t happen. When issues arose with the condition of the property, I felt they did not stand up for me or push back on the seller’s side. This lack of support left me with a house in far worse condition than anticipated, and we ultimately lost the battle to the seller on key issues that should have been addressed.

There were instances where my questions went unanswered, and I didn’t receive the level of guidance I had expected. Given these issues, I would hesitate to recommend this lawyer, particularly for clients seeking clear communication.
