I would like to share my experience with Notaires Gandolfi. I did not select this notary myself. As the buyer, I understand it was my right to choose the notary; however, due to a pre-established condition by the seller, who was also the real estate agent, and my strong interest in the property, I agreed to proceed with their notary. Not professional at all. Documents were full of mistakes, my name was mispelled, wrong dates, no amounts indicated, even the notary's name was mispelled. The assistants didn't take accountablity for any of it. Very rude.
Nul pire experience.
