Fantastic help this company gives. I called and spoke to George over some missing hardware I needed for sonos equipment and he not only was able to help me but gave me a great deal. Thanks to him I got the missing hardware I needed and met one of the technicians as well who may be able to help me with some prototyping that i need for a tool I have been wanting to get made and test. Raul T. did an absolutely phenomenal job at programming/setting up my computer to make my home office installation run so smoothly! He also offered friendly and immediate remote assistance to assure internet connection amongst all of my necessary devices. His vast technological knowledge, coupled with his ability to deliver practical guidance, is very rare and so appreciated:)
