Amy was I guess as professional as an accountant should be; slow to get our taxes back, didn't mention that they were billing hourly instead of by the form. We normally use TurboTax but because of the 1031 exchange, we couldn't figure out how to do the exchange. We had to file an extension and seek out professional help.
