rude staff i love the clothing in the gao, but this gap has a bad rep for rude sales associates/ managers. this one in particular refused to honor a valid coupon saying it was expired, and it did not expire for months. i think the clerk was annyed because of all the help i asked for, isnt that what they are paid for????
