Very professional service. I dropped my PS5 off they repaired the HDMI port. kept it over the weekend and picked up on Monday. If you need your PS5 repaired this is the place for you.
Overall in terms of service they are good, but as far as communication goes sometimes they won’t update you unless, the product is finished. Usually ended up calling to see how repairs were proceeding.
