After waiting 5 business days after being told shotgun was shipped, I called to check status of firearm. Talked with someone who identified himself as firearms manager who proceeded in a condescending way to "school me" about firearm shipping and further explain that his "buyer" was away on business. I called the manufacturer on my own , took about 4 minutes to find out the firearm had in fact not been shipped.
