Worst customer service I've had to deal with in a long time. Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago, game still has not shipped, and completely unable to get a straight answer on what's going on from them. They either ignore you or ask you for time to look into it and then never get back to you. First and last time doing business with them, by far the worst retro game shop experience I've had.
