EASILY the best card store in ottawa. Their prices are so fair, they have a crazy wide selection of cards from every single pokemon series, and they even support local artists by selling their work! The employees are all so friendly and nice :D

I went in on Sunday with some of my friends around 11:15. When we arrived, no one offered assistance for purchasing singles behind the counter. After approaching the cashier for help, he claimed all the cards they had were in the display case and that there was no binder anymore. I didn't see the singles in the display so I asked about the online inventory that I searched beforehand, but the clerk did not want to retrieve them, saying "it gets really busy here on Sundays with all the online orders", in the empty store. Recently went to the store to pick up some singles. I didn't have an order and the service up until now was good every other time I went in for singles. I had a list of all the cards I wanted and i made sure my reuqests were in stock. I handed the list it to the guy behind the counter. I was told that they could not give me all the singles I wanted because the store had online orders to complete. So I got about half my order.
