My 12 year old son tried to buy a game with his first ever debit card that’s specifically for kids and they asked him for I.d. Now I’m his father I’m standing right there and my son couldn’t use his own money because they didn’t believe me nor him... I used my own card to buy pants that costs a lot more than the game and didn’t need my I D to use my card...they embarrassed him and angered me, it wasn’t right and I will never allow my son to go there again
RecommendedJust wanted to give Game On! a big shoutout! Staff is always super friendly and eager to help and they take care of all gamers! Definitely one of the go-to stores in the area!
This store has a purposefully vague trade-in policy. They provide a gift certificate upon trade in, and when you use it they drop the bomb. You have to use at least half of it. I was not told this when it was issued. The certificate itself says it nowhere. There is no signage in the store. When I asked to speak to the manager, they gave me a business card with her name on it. They have everything you need if you want to play games that aren't video games.
I frequent GameON! just about every weekend. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I am greeted with a smile everytime I come in. The management is professional, and they make it a point to ensure that their employees convey excellent customer service. GameON! has earned my business forever.
There was a young guy (he had dark hair, I didn't catch his name) working when my husband, 2 boys, and I came to look at games (on July 23rd around 6pm). He had wonderful customer service, which is hard to find these days. My very curious 5 year old followed him around and asked him about every game and this employee didn't mind telling my son about all the games. He even explained to him how to play the game that was set up in the demo table. I was very impressed.
I recommend going here for singles and selling singles always a good choice and verity of sleeves and other games and always good customer service
Game on has been helping me with prices so i would recommend it i been checking their prices with TCG Player and they are the same or at least 50 cents more which i'm willing to buy!
Great place to go for Friday Night Magic!
