My opinion based on our experience: There is absolutely no follow through on needed services. Every time I attempted to follow up on something, they claimed it’s the first time they heard about it. When we requested all communication in writing to prevent this, the owner called my fiancé and every time my fiancé attempted to explain the issues, he got interrupted and spoken over.
