Erica was professional, efficient and friendly. She was able to expedite her services upon my request and I received my documents same day.
I am overjoyed that Erica was successful in serving a difficult defendant. Her steadfast and consistent demeanor got the task completed. In her correspondence with me, she ensured that I understood the processes that applied to my case. Erica also was prompt in her responses and listened to my concerns.
Nice lady, but really unprofessional. I understand i rescheduled a couple times, but they promised me a time and never called to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to make it...she printed out my document for a $2 fee and waited until we met to tell me that i would need another signature and that it would cost more. Waste of time and money.
