Was hesitant to book a 3rd party to take us from Houston IAH to the Galveston cruise ports. Everyone kept saying only go through the cruise shuttles. I am so happy I booked with them! We arrived about an hour early to the airport where we were meeting them and to our surprise they were already there waiting! Super nice Mercedes shuttle, clean, spacious, the driver was friendly and got us to the Cruise ports with zero issues. I researched transportation from Bush airport in Houston to Galveston Tx cruise port and this company appeared. Extremely cost effective for round trip ticket for too. Smooth and timely pick up going and coming. From the cruise terminal the instructions on the ticket need to be changed but the dispatcher was helpful providing the bus #. The staff also told me the area where busses come. I would definitely recommend and use again if I cruise out of Galveston
Cristian was amazing. We were hopeful to get an earlier flight, he was willing to pick us up early and got us to the airport safely and timely! We were able to get home before our original flight would have left! He helped make it a perfect travel day!!
Our driver was fantastic, but this company is terrible at communicating. I booked 6 weeks in advance, and nothing was charged to my card. So I called and was told it would be charged in a few days. They later charged a deposit. Over a week before my cruise I emailed asking about my reservation, got no response. From the ship, two days before our booked shuttle, I sent a text message. This was the first time we have used Galveston Shuttle. I must admit, I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews, but I must admit, I was impressed from the very beginning, including their quick responses to my numerous emails. We took a 10 day cruise from the Port in Galveston. When we returned to the port, I called to reconfirm our ride and was answered with the driver’s name and his approximate ETA.
