SHAME SHAME SHAME The rides were on time and comfortable on both trips to and from the Houston airports to our hotel in Galveston, The experience was slightly sullied when I learned that they charged me 60.00 for a ride that I cancelled for the 5 mile drive to the cruise ship dock that I cancelled. I was able to find a ride for less than 1/2 the price that GE charged..they went ahead and billed me for the ride that we cancelled, citing malarkey about the lack of travel insurance..shame shame shame on Galveston express..but... read more
