Absolute worst experience with registration renewal. Obnoxious rude behavior and don't know how they keep employed.

Easy registration renewal!
This office is absolutely terrible. Called to get my Disabled Veteran plates and they tell me to follow the steps online, to include a VTR-615 for the handicap sign. I schedule my dr appointment and have them fill out the form. I call after my appointment to get in to do the registration and they tell me that form doesn't work and I need an actual prescription.....now I have to schedule Dr appointment, and wait for that just get a vehicle registered with the correct plates that TEXAS requires me to have within 30 days of mov... read more
