This office is absolutely terrible. Called to get my Disabled Veteran plates and they tell me to follow the steps online, to include a VTR-615 for the handicap sign. I schedule my dr appointment and have them fill out the form. I call after my appointment to get in to do the registration and they tell me that form doesn't work and I need an actual prescription.....now I have to schedule Dr appointment, and wait for that just get a vehicle registered with the correct plates that TEXAS requires me to have within 30 days of mov... read more

It's no secret county buildings closed at noon with this in mind I rushed my entire morning to get a registration sticker. I want to get there with time to actually get the sticker to not hold everybody up I arrived about 15 minutes before the closing. The doors were already shut, locked and all of the blinds drawn. This is a county building they should not close down as the public has an expectation for you to serve within the hours mandated by the county. they have outsourced the tax foreclosure auction to another company . all together 10-15 properties they cannot hold an auction with so many employees.

Staff are always friendly, knowledgeable & efficient. I've never had to wait more than 10 mins.

Terrible customer service. I, along with at least ten other people went to the league city office to get car tags Friday afternoon and the office is closed. All of the other county offices were open except these people who are supposedly providing service to tax payers. The covid excuse is long over.
