Just moved here from out of state, and while I had a few hiccups with paperwork on my end it was nothing the fine people at this office couldn’t handle. Emily was extremely helpful, I have never had such helpful and pleasant people at any DMV anywhere. These people are rockstars. Make sure you say thank you and show them the respect they deserve. Could not be more happy with my visit today
This afternoon, I had the pleasure of speaking with a professional, informed Deputy clerk, " Margaret." Outstanding young lady. Professional, Poised, Informative of my issues. She was outstanding in addressing my needs & options in a probate issues of vehicle of my deceased boss. Being, said. I was a Ex- Deputy Clerk of The District Clerk's office in Galveston,County, under The Honorable Evelyn Wells Robison. This young lady was Fabulous! Kudos, to ever hired this remarkable woman. Kudos,
Paid for title on a car purchased out of state. But the folks in THIS office won’t give out license plates. Now I have to risk getting pulled over every 30 minutes for the 15 hour road trip. All other offices( Texas city or Harris county) give the plates when the title is paid for. Very very incompetent people here.
They were closed when I got here because they are closed at 12:00 on Friday but they had a very nice security guard thank God for that
Building was easy to find. Parking was easy. I was second in line at 9:00 a.m. I was helped by Carla who efficiently took care of my paperwork.
