One of the many reasons that I love Galveston is there is rarely a wait when you need to get your car title transferred, vehicle registration, passport renewed, or other city services you need. Friendly staff, too.
Professional and fast service. I went at 4pm and was out by 4:30pm.
They were closed when I got here because they are closed at 12:00 noon on Friday but they had a very nice security guard thank God for that
Just moved here from out of state, and while I had a few hiccups with paperwork on my end it was nothing the fine people at this office couldn’t handle. Emily was extremely helpful, I have never had such helpful and pleasant people at any DMV anywhere. These people are rockstars. Make sure you say thank you and show them the respect they deserve.
