I lived at Lansdowne Station for four long years, and I can say with complete confidence: do not move here. What started as a convenient location quickly became a nightmare. Do not rent here. Complete Slum lords. We lived here for 3 years. Constantly over run by mice. I mean, I literally killed 100's of mice. Every time I placed a complaint or a work order to fix anything, the absolute bare minimum was done. Including only half fixing the bathroom ceiling when it collapsed in. And conveniently, the "repairs" needed to turn over the apartment were the exact amount of the security deposit. That's quite the coincidence. Great Neighborhood.
I have lived at Lansdowne Station apartments for five years now. I can not find one thing I do not like here... the grounds are always kept pristine when it snows they are right on it and cleared quickly... the maintaince man if needed is very prompt and the office worker is also helpful and kind ..... one last thing I have never had and critters in my apartment which I believe is of up most important.
Wonderful Community and Outstanding Support The Lansdowne Station Apartments are clean, peaceful, and very well-maintained, with excellent access to public transportation. Special shoutout to Delani, who has been absolutely fantastic—professional, responsive, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. They made moving in smooth and stress-free, and truly helped me feel right at home. Highly recommend both the community and Delani’s support—five stars all around!
