I drove in, there was a woman sitting there and she started yelling at me to drive in and buy a permit. Why do you have to yell if you can speak normally. I drove in and they started doing an inspection and saying that my English is bad. They wrote me a violation that my headlights don't work, but everything worked correctly for me. I have a regular box truck.
