the staff here is racist. my bf is latino and they wouldn’t help him. when he finally said something, they said they didn’t know he spoke english. my bf was offended and said he was not going to give them his business, and the lady there told him to go back to mexico. they deserve 0 stars.
My brother-in-law had a very negative and concerning experience at this establishment. He was treated disrespectfully and was told to ‘go back to Mexico,’ which is deeply offensive and unacceptable. No one should be spoken to that way under any circumstances. It’s especially concerning given the type of products this business sells. Customers should be treated fairly and with respect, regardless of background. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior immediately.”
I came to Galls in an attempt to recreate my uncle’s regalia for his funeral. The care and empathy the team in Sacramento showed us is unparalleled. Erica, Diana, and Teresa were so kind. Not only were all the items we needed in stock, but they were able to rush the jacket for his viewing and they gave us a great deal! Come to Galls for your uniform needs.
On a scale of 1-10...0! If there was another uniform shop closer to my location, I would have taken my business elsewhere. The Staff member that initially assisted me was EXTREMELY RUDE! I wish I remembered her name, ugh! Erica on the other hand was exceptionally professional, very helpful and so nice! She took her time assisting me, and heard ME out, "THE PAYING CUSTOMER".
