Still very rude, ignorant, disrespectful without cause. Customer service is terrible and after you've paid, they change the delivery date repeatedly and have the nerve to act as if the customer shouldn't have questions. I called to inquire about shirts ordered months ago. I left a voice message my black voice didn't deserve a return call. I was told to expect them April 14th. Ordered from galls over the phone in Feb. of 2025. It's Apr. 2025 and my items were just shipped. On top of that, they shipped them to the wrong address after verifying the address they were to be shipped three times. Such a terrible company to deal with.
I have been to the ewing location many times for equipment purchases and uniform embroidery. Liane, Karen and the rest of the staff are truly amazing. They are courteous and professional and provide excellent service. This location is an absolute pillar for the first responder community and they never disappoint.
As a student new to the EMS world, the ladies in here have been so great. Jennifer helped me with boots and Leann got me fitted for pants. They answered all of my questions and were extremely kind when I’ve been in there.
