I couldn't find a uniform shirt in the size I needed, so I bought the one they had in store one size smaller (I can still wear it) and I ordered another shirt in the size I needed. They contacted me when my order arrived, and I went down to pick it up. I was satisfied with my experience. No one was rude. No one was standing around twiddling their thumbs.
