There's is nothing special about Galls. I'm not sure why this is the company they chose to service the police and fire departments. Some of the staff are helpful but most of them act like they have more important things to do than to actually help you. Often times they don't ask any questions and just assume you'll come back (because you have to). Their product selection isn't great and their prices are not competitive.
