Very attentive and helpful team! Feel like they have just about anything you could need! And if they don't, they can get it! I was there to get fitted for my Class-A, and I'm so excited to see the end results!!
They ship slow... they create the tracking number and give the impression that they shipped, but they dont actually bring the item to be shipped until 2-3 days later. You cancel a item and the cancellation is in review for a long time. They let you order items that have been on backorder for months and months... you have to find out accidentally that you will not get a meaningful update and will probably never get your item. I would avoid this company at all cost, poor customer service and processes.
I was a little skeptical about this store due to the reviews, but they had amazing customer service! I went in looking for uniform pants, but I had I was unsure of my size because I have recently lost a lot of weight. All of the employees were so amazing and helpful. They didn't have my size, but they were able to get them ordered for me. I highly recommend them.
