I brought in pants to be hemmed and was initially given the wrong pair. When I tried to explain, I was told I wasn’t making sense. After it was discovered the pants had been misplaced, no apology was offered. Mistakes happen, but professionalism and accountability matter. The interaction was disappointing. I am not sure what is the white lady name but she is very unprofessional , dismissive & argumentative
They hardly ever answer the phone, I've called multiple days and can't seem to get anyone to answer
