Sarah was awesome!!! She gave me the vest I’ve been waiting on for few weeks that they had stock in the store.
I honestly should only give it one star. I ordered some uniforms from store, lucky for me the fire department I work for only gives us this option (awesome) I talked to a lady twice asking instead of shipping the items could I come pick it up, was told that was an option. FedEx set me a notification saying the item would be delivered the next day. Not an issue if the woman wouldn’t have told me she would inform me when it was ready to be picked up..if that wasn’t an option just tell me that so I don’t plan my day waiting on ... read more
The British girl Sarah at the front, was amazing! I like that the Brits and Americans are working together.
I had some issues using the website and called directly. I was pleasantly surprised with 10/10 customer service. Ordered Lowa boots at an incredible price. Order arrived quickly. Very satisfied and highly recommend.
