Galls Sucks. I wouldn't have gone here unless my agency required it. When I dropped off my uniform voucher and patches a month ago the lady told me it would take 7 business days for pickup. Today, a month since drop off, I went to pick up they few items they had ready for me and they didn't have my shirts, and my jacket didn't even have the patches applied which was specifically instructed. Had to go because my step son needed, pants, belt, work boots and a handful of other items. All for the fire and rescue course. It was handled through Los Al High. They had everyone's information which made it go smoothly. Folks were very polite and will to assist.
Update #2: As of 10/25, Still no jacket, being told mid-November. Absolutely embarrassing service. Update: Ordered a jacket mid-February with a fulfillment date of "sometime in April". Asked for an update late April and was told May. Showed up in May and was then told June.....then August. It is now September and I still don't have my jacket. I am now being told late October....8months!?! For a jacket!!!! Unacceptable!
Wonderful customer service. Daisy is an angel sent to Earth to tailor our shirts and hem our pants.
