Update #2: As of 10/25, Still no jacket, being told mid-November. Absolutely embarrassing service. Update: Ordered a jacket mid-February with a fulfillment date of "sometime in April". Asked for an update late April and was told May. Showed up in May and was then told June.....then August. It is now September and I still don't have my jacket. I am now being told late October....8months!?! For a jacket!!!! Unacceptable!
