Ordered a jacket mid-February and still haven't received it with a week left in July. Either the store or the vendor definitely dropped the ball. Shouldn't take 6 months to restock their supply.
I will always go to the Long Beach (Ca) store. The store in Los Angeles is just RUDE and I live nearest to the Los Angeles store.
Karina is super nice and very patient. Unlike other sales associates at this location, she takes pride in her work and is very efficient.
Outstanding work performance
