When you arrive at GALS, you’re required to sign in, but after signing in it can take 30 minutes or more before someone assists you. Unfortunately, there is no designated waiting area, so visitors are left standing around feeling confused and unsure of what to do next. It would be very helpful if they implemented a better system after sign-in, such as a way to see your place in line or the option to schedule appointments. This would greatly improve the experience and prevent visitors from spending an entire day waiting.
