A few reasons why I'm giving them two stars. First off, for such a big store, limited items to look at. I was there to buy boots and was fortunate to find something that works for me. Another reason is they dont price match there online website. Which is ridiculous! The associate says unless there a code we can't price match. In store the boot was 225. Online it was 180. Im in your store and I can't get a price match from your online page. So then I went to purchase it online and after shipping and taxes I only saved 20 buck... read more
Christine was quick to help and provided great service
I was hesitant to visit because of all the negative reviews. I did anyway and now am quite confused how anyone had a bad experience. They must have cleaned up their act. I was promply helped and showed a wide selection of boots I was looking for. The lady was helpful and let me take my time to try on a bunch without pestering me. Checkout was fast and friendly.
Such a waste of time to go here. They have such minimal selection. You'd be lucky to find a single thing here. Since it swapped from Neeves to Galls it has gone down hill. Go to Adamsons or Skags
They take forever to ship your items and then when they don’t give you what is supposed to come with your whole order and you email them about it, they say they will not fulfill your order! Glad my agency went away from using them I won’t be using them anymore neither!
