I must have fallen through the cracks everyone had a bad experience. I called answered in a few rings told me to come in ,both hands full of paperwork in another language. Lady took paperwork in the back returned all finished she spent more time telling me she does that all day then doing mine. Thanks be back in 2025
No one answers the phone I visited the office almost 2 weeks ago and when I left the office they told me that somebody was going to call or email me and no one has done so and it’s going on week three
I wanted to make an appointment to bring in documents so I can receive my state income taxes. I was called from Bill who informed me I can email the documents. I did that a month ago and after several calls and emails. I can't get an update or response.
