Our case was resolved and the Plaintiff was paid. For four months, I have been trying to get the attorney to secure a dismissal, and there just seems to be a complete lack of meaningful effort. In 40 years of working with attorneys, this is one of the very worst experiences I've ever had. Issues arise, I get that, but you can keep a client satisfied with a better attitude. What's worse, is the attorney is a "Director" level lawyer. If I could give him a "0", I would.
