INCREDIBLE SERVICE. I had an account with NDR and one creditor in particular caused me a lot of grief. Sheriff delivered a summons to me. It was a really low part of my life and I was extremely stressed and not thinking clearly. Somehow Jessica and her assistant were able to give me peace of mind. Truly could not ask for a better law firm to represent and help me through this horrible time in my life. If you ever find yourself in this situation, please do yourself a favor and call Galletta law firm.
Jessica was very unprofessional in handling my case. She not only failed to forward an agreement that she said she would send, but then ignored multiple emails (for 2 weeks) I sent trying to get the agreement back on track. She only contacted me when I told her she no longer represented me. Very disappointed in her services as an attorney.
Waste of time. Do not try to use Galletta law firm if you are looking to get started on your case in a timely fashion. They did not honor our appointment time the first time, said they had tried to call, but nothing came through. we rescheduled for a week later and they called an hour before to reschedule again.
