I have been trying to get a bed replaced for the past eight weeks (or more) for my ill brother. First I am spoken to with no respect, then and phone calls are not returned, then I finally spoke with Debbie(she was the most helpful but still didn't get anywhere) and told her that if the owner did not speak with me to resolve my issue I was reporting them to the BBB.
