Great Service and Great Quality. Our furniture was delivered the next morning and I’m in love! Mr. Phu really knows how to take care of his customers.
Best experience in any retail location I have ever experienced. This includes Nordstroms,(who is great). They went over and beyond for a quick selection and on-time complete delivery. Steve and Tim were amazing in the attentivness to the order and meeting and exceeding expectations.
Gallery delivered my replacement cushion and installed it for free. This was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
Are overall shopping experience was great! Are sales person was attentive and not overly pushy. If we need more furniture in the future If we need more furniture in the future we will be back.
I love the store of the great variety of furniture. The best part of my experience is salesman Darrell Mouton! He was the best, he was kind, showed great patience and listened to what I wanted. I will ask for him on my next visit.
