This is a great store. I recommend to people that want quality. They even feed you hear too! The salesman are friendly and they can deliver the same day you buy.

Don't know if my other review posted so here it goes again. GF in Katy was great. From the start with Patrick through the delivery handled by Santiago and Aaron. Those guys were quick, polite, and thorough.
Had a great experience at gallery furniture with PHU. He listened to all our needs and took care of us. Will be coming back to buy more furniture in the future. I also love that gallery furniture has what we need right away.
So nice to have a company that cares about the people. Bought a houseful and love ever piece. Our delivery guys, sorry do not have the names handy, super polite, hard working, answered ever question, rearranged one room after I changed my mind. On time, called to confirm and worked , got the job done, inspected everything then took all the furniture wrapping stuff. What a pleasure it was.
Tito, repair technician, called 20 minutes out, and arrived on time. He introduced himself and shook my hand. He introduced his associate as well. Very professional. He took a few minutes to assess the problem with recliner and told me what he could do. The part he needed was in his truck. It only took about 20 minutes to complete. I learned Tito has worked for Gallery for 18 years. That says a lot about Gallery Furniture. Thank you Tito, Jr. & Mac for the top service! We will be repeat customers.

Very professional and extremely helpful from the day my wife and I walked in to delivery to my door step! Mr. Phu was our personal design consult as opposed to a sales rep, he went the extra mile make sure my wife and I are happy. I would most definitely recommend it here!
