Very helpful. They did an awesome job helping us get something my husband could use after getting out of the hospital from complications of Heart Surgery.
My sofa set is a dud. Have had to have the cushions completely replaced and they are still wonky. New to town, upgrading furniture throughout entire home. I won’t be purchasing more here if this is not resolved
Best of all worlds. We are so thankful that Gallery Furniture has a return policy, without it I don't know what we would have done. My husband has cancer and heart problems, and the microfiber (material) on the set we selected and was delivered caused a serious reaction on his skin. I phoned Gallery and was told we could exchange the set, so we selected a Top Grain Leather set, it was delivered and has worked out super for my husband. THANK YOU GALLERY FURNITURE.
I bought living room furniture today for my nephew whose house was flooded by Hurricane Harvey. Scott and Jimmy helped me. They both were very helpful. The quality of the furniture was much better than three other stores that I stopped at earlier in the day. Mack is the best! I support him because of all of the support he gives our community
