The store front off 45 is full of elegant and beautiful furniture. There is something for every stage of life one may be in. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Usually online customer service is not too great for retail establishment, but I am always blown away by the level of care and detail exhibited by the staff of Gallery Furniture that answer questions online.
I contacted the customer service department at Gallery Furniture and was assisted by service rep Monica. I love the fact that I get a person not a automated system when I call the customer service department. She assisted me in ordering some parts for my furniture. Within a few days, the parts arrived and a technician was sent out to install them. Monica is very professional and courteous. I will keep purchasing from Gallery Furniture for having such outstanding customer service.

I took my family to Gallery Furniture to purchase a new dining set. Our salesperson was so nice and thoughtful. He brought water and snacks to my kids. We even got to eat lunch for free. Our delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were so professional as well. They even moved some furniture to other parts of the house for me. I will let everyone I come in contact with, know the great customer service I received.
WOW! Very impressed with Gallery Furniture. I have heard a lot of good things about Gallery Furniture, but I did not believe them until I experienced it for myself. The staff was amazing. The service was wonderful. Gallery has a huge selection of beautiful made in America Furniture. If quality is important to you, then you need to shop at Gallery Furniture.
Mattress Mack is a genius! Gallery Furniture is a one stop shop. The entire staff is ready to help and they all have a smile on their face. The energy in the store is so positive and upbeat. They even have a deli inside. We got free lunch and took a moment to make our final decisions without being hassled. I will definitely recommend Gallery Furniture to everyone I know.
I called the customer service department at Gallery Furniture when my dads lift chair got stuck. Monica was so great and very caring. She had a technician out to my home with in a few hours. They changed the remote on the lift chair and it began to work. I have never received such awesome customer service. Mattress Mack truly cares about his customers.
Took my sister who flew in from Chicago to visit Gallery Furniture. She loved the store! Service was great and we even got lunch on the house. She helped me pick out a living room set. She was amazed at how wonderful everyone treated us. She even got to take a picture with Mattress Mack!
