We will never go anywhere else. I bought awesome furniture and had it the next day. I shopped with my kids who hate shopping and the had a blast!!! They also ate a ton of free food and deserts. They bounced on Matteress the entire time. 2 years later I had movers that drug my couch on concrete. Gallery furniture came to fix my furniture and were in and out. My experiences that I have had in the past with Gallery Furniture have been so wonderful, when my sister closed on her house, I took her to Gallery Furniture so she could furnish her home! She has never been. She enjoyed the animals and looking at all the pictures of Mattress Mack with celebrities. She was shocked when her salesperson offered same day delivery. We will be back so she can finish furnishing her new home. We love Gallery Furniture.
Gallery Furniture is a place you can trust! When you walk in the front doors, Mattress Mack is the first person you see. There is no other furniture store you can walk in, and see the owner right at the front. Mack is smart for having Made in America furniture in his store. You are purchasing quality. I am proud that I bought all my furniture at Gallery, and they even delivered on the same day.
I love going to Gallery Furniture! When you walk in, Mattress Mack is the first person you see. The sale staff are not at all pushy. Our furniture was delivered the same day and the delivery team were courteous. They even introduced themselves when they arrived. I have received such great service anywhere else.
I called the customer service department to help me with my Tempurpedic Adjustable base. Monica answered the phone and had a warm tone and was very nice. She was very understanding , and assured me I would get a call from the adjustable base technician shortly. She was right! He called me and helped me trouble shoot my remote. My adjustable base began to work right away! I am so happy I decided to purchase my furniture from Gallery.
Gallery delivers on their promise. Same day delivery! Even at 8pm at night. The delivery guys were awesome. They were so polite and very professional. They set up my new bed and mattress I purchased and even cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the trash afterwards. I am beyond impressed at the service I received.
