I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you want to receive poor customer service and almost zero communication. I reached out based on a referral from our realtor and set up an appointment for someone to come take measurements. On the day of the appointment, I got a text saying I was double booked and she would need to push my appointment back to a time later in the day. Okay, not a huge deal.
