Well I literally prepared all day for my daughters photoshoot and was preparing to spend big bucks. When I got there I found out the photographer called in sick (they only have one?!?!?) and they called me all day. I had been home since noon, not one ring. Very unprofessional. and It was very disappointing. I will be using another photographer.

The best pictures ever !!! – I`m on my third senior using monterra for pictures. I really liked the picturess they take. I tried another place with my second and was not pleased at all. This is the best place around for pictures.
Finished paying for Grad photos mid-April and finally received complete order on 6/17, almost three weeks after daughters graduation. Had out of town family coming for graduation and spoke with them twice about importance of delivering before graduation but they didnt seem to concerned about handling the situation. After receiving photos spoke to mgr about situation and all she could say was they would keep a better eye on such things in the future. What great customer service.
