Fernando harassed us throughout the entire store, we told him we didn't want to be harassed and he just kept pressing it until we left! I don't need an escort to look at furniture. Will never come back again!!!
DO NOT BUY FEOM HERE!!!! Bought a $4000 couch and got the warranty with it. I haven't had couch a year yet and 2 motors have stopped working and fabric is pulling apart in multiple spots and the manufacturers warranty or the extra warranty won't fix it! Warranty says it covers anything and everything! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!
Worst customer service. We bought a rug from Galleria Furniture Guthrie and as soon as we took it home it started shredding. When we came to the store in Guthrie and told them they told us that they can’t do anything and there’s no warranty on rugs. They didn’t tell us that before we bought it. We spend more than $2,000 at Galleria Guthrie. Worst place to buy furniture from and worst customer service.
