We went to Gallant in January for an OT evaluation for my 2 year old son. When I made the appointment, I specifically asked if they had openings and was told there were. After he had the evaluation, I was told that he would be added to the waitlist. If I had known there were no openings, I would not have used the one yearly evaluation covered by insurance and would have waited until he could get an eval at an OT with openings. We have been going to Gallant Therapy weekly with my son since April for OT services. The bond he has made with his therapist and the progress he has made blows my mind. He has learned so much and is using his new skills daily and really taking the time to think before he does something and is processing what he could have done differently in other situations. My son was referred to Gallant at his 9 month pediatric appointment because he has difficulty eating. After calling twice to try scheduling something and not hearing back from anyone, my Peds office tried contacting them to get us in touch with someone. My son will be a year old in three weeks, still cannot swallow food and I have yet to receive a call back from Gallant. My daughter been coming here for years it's such a great place she love all the workers and she loves there swing so thankful for all there staff
