Horrible firm. Assigned to Gallagher in 2nd lawsuit against *******, which killed my mom. Firm lazy and sent cases to a 'Mass Torte' instead of going to trial. Overall settlement no great but division of $$ had zero transparency; lowball offer then a 'Special claims manager' called to ask for $500 to 'move me into a higher classification. No zero contact, no payment and a myriad of excuses. GALLAGHER WINS SETTLEMENTS, POCKETS PAY-OUTS.

The deceased party suffered a bleeding event as a result of taking Pradaxa. A lawsuit was filed on behalf of the deceased's estate and the litigation was ultimately settled. I have been dealing with this office because of the Essure. Been a few years. I have been told a few more months to get my payout several times. First it was Archer holding it up. I called them it was released a while ago. Now it's the Co-consel that is holding up dispersment of payment. I can call once a week and leave a message and not get return calls!
