Slow to respond to work comp claim. Misinformation again! Told me I could walk in to be seen by their doctor. NOPE!! Had to make appointment. In pain for 2 weeks and now I can’t be seen until next week.
On May 27th an insured of Gallagher Bassett backed into my car. This was 4 weeks ago yesterday. Still haven't gotten my car fixed yet. Have had to deal with a jerk out of the Atlanta office, who told me I couldn't use a certain body shop to fix my car, and then have had to get 3 estimates. Had phone conversations from Scottsdale Arizona, to independent appraisers. Also had conversations with Insurance Commissioners office. No phone calls about when to take car in to get repaired.
